My team and I are excited to partner with Nightlight Christian Adoptions (and with you!) to create your adoption profile book and adoption video. Below you’ll find out more about our process. You'll also find information on an optional social media package that will help you begin—or enhance—your personal adoption outreach.
Nightlight Christian Adoptions Outreach Package
We'll work together to create a custom, 16 page profile book and an adoption video. Your package also includes 15 printed copies shipped to you at home, 13 of which you will mail to the NCA offices, and two keepsake copies. Click below to see samples of what we’ll be creating together!
YOU GATHER
You’ll compile your photos and text for use in your booklet on Dropbox. Keep reading for helpful information, tip sheets, and guidelines for uploading your content!
WE REVIEW
You’ll let us know you’re ready for us to check your content, and then we’ll carefully review all of your uploaded images, text, and style preferences and provide helpful feedback.
WE DESIGN
Like magic, we’ll design your adoption profile booklet! You’ll have the opportunity to make edits on your proof and NCA will have the opportunity to review it as well!
WE CREATE
Once your adoption profile book is complete we'll create your adoption video for you. Be sure to share short video clips that we can blend in with your photos!

Printing and Shipping
Your profiles will be printed as saddle-stitched, softcover booklets. Once your adoption profile book is finalized, we will have the printed booklets sent to you at home, and you will mail them to the NCA offices. We have printable shipping labels prepared for you to make this as easy as possible!

Two keepsake copies are included. You can order additional copies if you’d like! Please see the Information & Style document in Dropbox for more information.

Your order will be placed within 24 hours (on business days) of receiving your order. Your order will most often print within 48 hours. Please allow 1-2 days for printing and 4-5 days for ground shipping.
Adoption profile books are shipped via ground shipping unless expedited shipping is requested. If you need expedited shipping (2nd Day Air or Overnight), please let us know and we can give you a quote.

Nightlight Christian Adoption strongly recommends each family has an adoption-specific social media presence. Our Social Media Starter Package includes everything you need to begin your outreach on social media!
A digital download of The Essential Guide to using Facebook and Instagram for adoption outreach
A Facebook Cover Photo personalized with your photo, names and contact information
A set of 20 post graphics, and a customizable copy for 20 posts associated with the graphics
8 post graphics will be customized with your names and/or photos
Note: If you are interested in the Social Media Starter Package, please indicate that on the Information and Style Sheet in your Dropbox folder. We will follow up with you at the end of the process and add the additional fee to your final invoice.
