Adoption Outreach Materials and Tools
Profile Book
We’ll create a custom eight-page profile booklet for you to present to expectant parents. We’ll work together to craft your text and find the just right photos, and of course you'll be able to choose the style and layout for your profile book. Deliverables include a web and email-ready PDF and a PDF. Printed copies are available at the cost of $15 per booklet.
Online Profile
We will create an online profile for you hosted on at hopefullyparents.com. Your online profile will include a blend of text and photos, a gallery or slideshow, optional video, quotes, short lists/fun facts, and a contact form. Your adoption profile book will be available for download. One flat fee includes hosting, page creation, and updates until you adopt!
1-on-1 Coaching
Coaching includes two 45 minute calls with Joanna Ivey. Topics covered can include how to best set up social media for adoption outreach to how to balance privacy and outreach. The second call will focus on questions you have after you've created your outreach plan and have begun to implement it. We will review your social media pages, profile book, and any online materials, and share feedback with you. Please fill in the coaching questionnaire prior to our calls for greatest efficiency!
Social Media Graphics
We’ll create a set of graphics for the full suite of social media platforms. Included are a Facebook cover photo, profile picture, Instagram pic, and You Tube channel art. We’ll also create two post graphics that include your contact information and photo to kick off your outreach.
