Hello! My name is Christina

Thank you so much for taking the time to read my letter to you.

I can only imagine what you are experiencing as you consider making an adoption plan for your baby. I hope and pray for you to have caring and supportive relationships in your life at this time. I want to share with you my hopes for providing your baby with a loving, nurturing, and faith-filled home and childhood.

about ME

I enjoy reading, walking, spending time with friends, and serving the needs of the community.

I’m very passionate about organizations that address health issues related to girls and women. I enjoy attending special events where I can donate funds and/or volunteer to make a difference. For the past 15 years, I’ve been an active member and leader within a woman’s volunteer organization in Washington, DC. I’ve participated in walks/races to raise funds to promote literacy, early childhood, and health in the community.

my career

I work in the field of public health and early childhood.

My work involves developing and delivering training for early childhood professionals working with low-income children and families. In addition, I also teach health education courses at a local college.

As a consulting business owner, I love the work that I do and have a flexible schedule. My clients value children and families. and I plan to hire an experienced nanny to care for my child.

As a college professor, I’ve gotten to know my students and the various roles they play (parents, grandparents, aunts, and uncles). Teaching helps broaden my perspective on parenting including how culture and education often influences one’s parenting.

“Love never gives up; and its faith, hope, and patience never fail.”

[ 1 Corinthians 13:7 ]

MY values

I look forward to a lifetime of love, labor, and joy as I watch my baby grow up to fulfill the purposes that God has for his or her life.

Loving and serving God whole-heartedly; being a caring and committed person; engaging in community service; and having a joy for reading books.

Prayer is one of the most important and valuable things a parent could do for their child. It allows you to gain a greater insight and perspective on how to parent your child.

I think one value that is important to pass on is being considerate of others; having a heart that desires to please God.

in closing

I feel truly honored and blessed that you would consider me for adopting your baby.

I’m dedicated and committed to raising your child in a loving, nurturing, and faith-filled home.

I hope you and I will have an opportunity to develop a relationship that supports your child’s needs as he or she grows and develop. I know children and adults who are adopted often have important questions to ask that can be answered by his or her birth family. Your baby will be welcomed and celebrated with great joy by a loving community of friends and family who can’t wait to meet him or her!

I’d love to hear from you!
