INTRODUCTION

Hi! We’re Caitlin and Scott!

We would love to tell you about ourselves through this site. We hope that our site shows you who we are, what we love, and our everyday experiences that make us a family.

We cannot wait to form a relationship with you and the precious baby that could become the missing piece in our family. We would love to build a relationship with you, as we love you so much already. Our hearts and arms have longed for the day we get to meet YOU and the amazing child you are bringing into this world.

about us

We first met at work where we formed a friendship of jokes, pranks, and laughter.

Over time our friendship developed into a deep love for one another. We just new each other was "the one", our friends and family seemed to know it before we did!

Before we married, Scott was a single dad and parenting his son Gavin on his own since Gavin was a baby. Caitlin not only fell in love with Scott, but she fell in love with Gavin too, and so our family began!

We were able to get pregnant twice after we were married, but we lost both babies halfway through the pregnancy and were told it was unsafe to keep trying. Adoption has always been on our hearts, so when we learned biological children were not possible for us, we couldn't wait to start the process!

our hobbies

We are an adventurous family who loves to be outside!

In the summers you’ll find us in lakes, rivers, waterfalls, or hiking and in the fall/winter we love to go apple picking, skiing, sledding, and just being together finding the next new thing!We love games and brownies! At least once a month we have a family night where we play dominoes, make brownies (lick the brownie bowl!), and make special snacks! Its our favorite time together!Together as a family we work hard and then we play hard!

We live in the mountains

Our 4 bedroom spacious home is nestled in the blue ridge mountains in a great neighborhood! We have a nursery set up and just waiting for a special addition!

We have several fields to play in, woods with hiking trails, and peach and Apple trees to eat off of! We always have wild life in our yard and it is so fun to see deer in the mornings snacking on our peach and apple trees!
