INTRODUCTION

Greetings from Texas! We are Briana and Steve.

We appreciate your interest in wanting to know us more and we are an open book. 

We want to start a family and feel that everything happens for a reason. We've longed to become parents, and are so excited about starting the adoption process. We are excited about expanding our family, watching a child grow, and devoting our lives to giving your child the best life we possibly can. We look forward to visiting museums, the Polar Express train, Trail of Lights, playgrounds and Disney World with our future child. We look forward to creating memories and adventures that are fun. 

We want you to know you can ask us anything you like, we're an open book and we want to get to know you too! We'd love to learn about your dreams for your child, and how we can help make those dreams come true. We're also open to learning how you might like to stay in touch over the years so you can know your child is thriving!

We met when I was going into my freshman year at Baylor University.

Steve's easy going personality made it easy to have a lot of fun together. In college we balanced our own social lives and our relationship with each other as we didn’t want to regret our college experience being tied up in a relationship. 

We are both from out of state, so much of our extended family doesn’t live in Texas. We love to travel to all different types of places and have goals of what to explore while there. We enjoy going out to dinner, visiting art museums, watching movies, going to concerts and hanging out with friends that have become like family to us. We do enjoy our own families as well but most of them live out of state, so we don’t see them as often. 

Now, Steve runs his own company working from home, that keeps growing every day. While I go off to work for a homebuilder that can have down time and busy times. We are home for breakfast and dinner every day together and usually watch a series on Netflix or Prime at night. Once a week we go out for dinner, we have our favorite spots and then also like to try new ones that have interesting concepts. Steve has always been a homebody but as I get older I find myself wanting to not have an activity more then twice a week and just stay at home.

My favorite things about Briana is that she is organized, takes care of the home, is fun to be around and likes trying new things.

Briana is amazing with children, she spends a lot of time with her friends kids who all love her and ask for her constantly.

My favorite thing about Steve is his sense of humor. After almost 20 years together he still makes me laugh. He is the sweetest and cutest too. I like our little mannerisms with each other. 

Steve is great with children, he talks to them like they are adults. He is excited to play sports with our future child. 

our home

We love living in Austin Texas.

The area that we live in is conveniently close to many activities. We also have some nice hiking trails that we often take our dog walking on. It’s very calming and has a river running through it, it starts 2 blocks from our home. 

We love our home, we built it exactly the way we wanted it. One of our favorite rooms is the kitchen because it’s the center of everything and is a great gathering place. We also love swimming in our pool, we feel very lucky that we have it. It makes the long Texas summers much more tolerable.

Steve’s favorite place is the backyard he loves taking care of plants and has created quite the oasis for us outside. It is very peaceful and on those busy days really brings you back down. Steve also loves his study, he works from home and has a nice set up with his lounger, TV and computers all in his own room.
