Create your Online Profile
Adoption & Beyond
Our Chosen Child looks forward to working with you to create your online profile for Adoption & Beyond! Please follow the steps below.
If you have not received a shared Dropbox folder from us yet, please email us at adopt@ourchosenchild.com and we'll send it to you ASAP!
Step 1
Please review, download, and carefully complete the Online Profile Intake Form.
Step 2
Please upload your completed Online Profile Intake Form, photos, and adoption profile PDF to your shared Dropbox folder.
Step 3
Once you have finished and uploaded your form, content, and photos to our shared Dropbox folder, please email adopt@ourchosenchild.com to let us know that your content is ready for us to review!
The cost for the online profile is $300
Once your content is approved and you’ve made your online profile payment, we will design your online profile and have it ready within 2 business days. You will have an opportunity to review your online profile and suggest any changes you'd like us to make at that time.
