Complete Profile Package
Included in this complete package are the introductory interview and design consultation,
use of our adoptive family questionnaire to generate text, assistance in writing your letter,
letter review, and multiple draft editing. Photos scanned or utilization of digital media.
Design and creation of your family profile, and edits until mutual satisfaction. Printing is done on full color press, quote given once profile is complete. Bound
copies will have a clear plastic or vellum protective cover, and will either be spiral bound or
hand bound. Most profile books are 8-10 pages, and will cost $1.25-1.50 per page. I will send a disk for your files with a PDF copy of the profile, and this file can be taken to a printer of your choice as well.

Lifebooks
Services for Lifebooks include a questionnaire about your family and your child's adoption,
as well as a phone interview. I will write your child's unique history, and we will together work on edits until a final draft is reached. I will scan your photos, or work with your digital media. Photos
will be cropped and corrected if necessary.
Books have a hard cover, long wearing pages and bookbinding. If you have natural born children as well consider making a Lifebook
for them as well! Please allow two-three weeks for delivery.

Brochures
Tri- fold, full color brochures created for you to use as a networking tool.
Text will highlight your family's strengths and desire to adopt. These beautiful
brochures can be mailed to family, friends, agencies and attorneys to assist you
in your adoption outreach. For OCC clients your brochure will have the design
elements used in your profile book. Our service for new clients includes scanning
photos or using your digital media, design consultation, and edits until mutual
satisfaction.

Flyers or Cover Pages
Some agencies request, and some families prefer, to include a single page flyer with your
profile. This flyer highlights your family's strengths, and is designed to generate interest.
It often includes information about the demographics of a child you are hoping to adopt, and
you and your agency's contact information. For OCC clients the flyer will use the design elements
in your family profile. For new OCC clients fees include scanning your photos or use of your
digital media, design consultation, and edits until mutual satisfaction.

Profile on the Web (web pages package)
The ultimate in tools for networking. Let OCC host your profile online.
Share your profile with family, friends and agencies, regardless of
location. The Profile on the Web package includes 6 to 8 pages hosted
at your own personalized subdomain of OurChosenChild.com. Choose from
a variety of templates taylored to coordinate with your lifebook and/or
profile package. Services includes HTML & Java Scripting, site
design, color graphics, and image conversion.
